7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee in Ocala, FL. You will supervise daily food service operations, ensuring health and safety standards, while driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising and cost control.

You will build and lead a top-performing team, handle scheduling, and manage inventory and vendor relationships to maintain in-stock levels. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on coaching of staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year of food service/leadership experience.
• Certification in safe food handling (local requirements) required.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Business mindset with ability to use store reports and P&L to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
