Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure superb customer service.

You will manage service standards, merchandising campaigns, and financials using P&L data and store reports to drive improvement while upholding health and safety guidelines. This role offers opportunities for advancement within a company known for promoting from within and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coach staff to perform at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Maintain restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.

What you bring

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all restaurant employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies & procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
• Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
