Qualifications

• Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and empowering employees.
• Proficient computer knowledge preferred (Microsoft products).
• Restaurant management experience of at least one year is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs effectively.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive operational changes.
