Wendy's in Cincinnati is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant management team, deliver a great guest experience, hit sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding brand standards and a fun, family atmosphere.

As a leader you will develop your team, optimize schedules, control costs, ensure food safety, and seek opportunities for training and advancement. Location: 8234 Colerain Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45239.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Ability to travel occasionally to other stores or locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most shifts as needed.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant.
