Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in New York's Bellmore area is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage teams in a high-volume setting. You’ll steer service quality, training, and financial performance while upholding brand standards and local compliance.

You’ll partner with a team to foster a positive culture, grow leadership capabilities, and deliver memorable dining experiences in a neighborhood-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for the food service industry with a people-first mindset.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and service excellence.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure adherence to Applebee’s systems, standards, and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

• Manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses.
