The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations for this pizzeria kitchen. The primary objective is to live, teach and demonstrate our culture and mission statement. It is the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager to ensure food and beverage quality, positive growth in comparable restaurant sales, guest satisfaction, adherence to company policies and procedures, restaurant profitability and community involvement.
