Job summary

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house in our Knightdale location. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality, manage inventory, and coach a team of cooks and line staff to deliver consistent guest experiences.

You will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, schedule, train, and partner with front-of-house leadership to maintain high service standards.
