Job summary

Corner Table Restaurants in New York, NY is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with restaurant leadership and drive an integrated people strategy across CTR locations. You will own performance management, promotions, raises, and internal transfers, administer benefits including health, FSA, 401(k), COBRA, and oversee I-9 compliance and payroll collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of full‑cycle HR Generalist experience, or a graduate degree in Human Resources, and excels at

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of HR to implement a unified people strategy.
• Own performance management, promotions, raises and transfers.
• Administer health, FSA, commuter benefits, 401(k) and COBRA programs.
• Coach restaurant management and chef teams with development plans.
• Oversee employment law compliance, leaves, notices and records.
• Manage I-9 processes and payroll collaboration for compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate HR records.
