Cook Out in Tampa, FL is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will work side-by-side with your team to ensure quick, friendly service and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of restaurant management experience, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates coaching and strong communication. We offer competitive pay, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits after 90 days, a 4–5 day work
