Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host to create a welcoming first impression for every dining guest. You will greet guests, seat them, coordinate with servers, and help maintain a tidy entrance area while supporting front-of-house operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and a flexible schedule. You must communicate in English clearly and professionally in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests.
• Use of stairs and elevators.

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.

Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.

Please note that this is a union-represented position and scheduling is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Team Members may be required to participate in shift bids, and shift assignments may change based on operational requirements and Team Member seniority.
