• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, customer-service, Front Desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to learn and use restaurant reservation and seating-management systems.
• Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, telephone calls, and guest requests accurately.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus professionally.
• Learn the restaurant layout, table numbers, and hotel amenities.
• Coordinate with Servers, Bartenders, and leadership to ensure smooth seating and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance and assist with menus and takeout as needed.
• Communicate wait times clearly and address guest questions about reservations and services.
