Job summary

The Point Casino and Hotel is hiring a Full-Time Restaurant Host to be the first impression in a fast-paced casino dining environment. You will present menus, assist guests, keep areas tidy, and support the team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements include experience in F&B at a casino/hotel, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Compliance with permits and age requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage at a Casino and/or Hotel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to remember or record guest orders accurately.
• Basic familiarity with POS or restaurant billing systems.
• Washington State Food Handler's Permit (obtained within 30 days).
• Class II Alcohol Server Permit (obtained within 30 days).

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Host, you'll play a key role as the first and sometimes last impression for our guests while eating with us at our venues! You will help us create memorable dining experiences by:

• Presenting menus, answering guest questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Keeps menus clean and organized.
• Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and determine when their meal has been completed.
• Support F&B Team Members to keep the dining areas clean, organized, replenished and ready for service.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience within the Food & Beverage Industry at a Casino and/or Hotel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• The ability to accurately remember or record orders
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Basic familiarity with POS or restaurant billing systems (preferred)
• Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
• Class 12 or 13 Alcohol Server Permit (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License through our PGST Tribal Gaming Agency
