Job summary

pars is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in Washington state. Earn $17.13–$22.50 per hour at WA locations, with potential $1 shift premium at night at select locations.

Employees receive a 50% meal discount during shifts and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits. You will greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register or assist in kitchen production, prepare and store food and beverages, and keep both dining and exterior areas tidy.

Qualifications

• Serve food quickly and accurately.
• Be a good team player and treat others with care and respect.
• Be able to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable experiences.
• Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru window.
• Work on the cash register or kitchen production position.
• Prepare and store food and beverages.
• Maintain the appearance of the dining room and exterior of the restaurant.
