Qualifications

• General customer service duties including taking orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various kitchen stations.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders and answer questions about menu offerings.
• Balance cash register and upsell to customers.
• Prepare customer orders in kitchen stations (sandwich, fry, grill, etc.).
• Maintain food safety and sanitation throughout service.
• Cross training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance.
• Move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
