McDonald's Liberty Ave in New York City seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a multi-million dollar restaurant and a team of 30+ crew members. You will drive sales, maintain standards, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include cost control, scheduling, performance reviews, recruitment and training. A successful candidate has 5+ years in food service management, a valid driver's license, flexible hours, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Management experience, at least 5 years in food service.
• Flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant; 364 days a year and 24 hours a day in some locations.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials and taking corrective action when needed.
• Recruit, train and develop outstanding team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals.
• Manage McDonald’s brand standards alongside our company policies and procedures.
