Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a high-energy environment. You will oversee financials, inventory, and crew performance, while ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership and food service experience, a High school diploma, and a willingness to work opening and closing shifts. A bonus program rewards quarterly performance and contributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma; some post-high school education a plus.
• 1–2 years leadership experience in some capacity.
• 1–2 years experience in the food service business.
• ServeSafe Certification a plus.
• Strong references from people you have worked for and who have worked for you.

Responsibilities

• Financial and inventory management.
• Crew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shift.
• Customer relationship management.
• Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
• Typically work both opening and closing shifts each week: 8:00am–4:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm.
