Taco Bell franchisee in Succasunna, New Jersey is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and ensure guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service.

You will hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, conduct new hire orientation, train staff, schedule and deploy teams, manage budgets, and drive financial performance while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each new hire.
• You’re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Interact with customers and Taco Bell management to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
