Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required; scheduling, P&L management, and recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using training tools.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a commitment to guest experience and operations excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Keep dining area clean and restaurant guest-ready, maintain food safety and compliance.
• Drive overall financial success with annual sales and cash flow planning.
• Work schedules covering lunch, dinner, and weekends to lead across all hours.
