Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to oversee all shift operations, including cost and inventory control, food quality, cash handling, safety, and customer relations. You will lead a team of 3 to 15 staff and ensure adherence to company policies and grooming standards.

Ideal candidates have experience managing a team, a clean driving record, access to a reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Formación

• Experience leading a shift with 3–15 staff.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
• Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• You are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, food quality control, cash control, food safety, and customer relations.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Uphold policies and standards and maintain Domino’s Grooming Standards.
