Job summary

Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager for our Tallahassee area restaurant. You will recruit, train and manage store employees, ensure health and safety standards, and drive optimal inventory, labor, and cost controls to meet performance goals.

You will maintain a fun, professional work environment while delivering excellent customer service and service recovery. Previous restaurant management at a similar franchise is preferred; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Outstanding motivational skills and positive attitude.
• Strong leadership and problems solving skills.
• Ability to empower team members.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training and managing store employees.
