Cook Out is seeking a hands-on General Manager in Tallahassee, FL to lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience and profitability. You will supervise staff, uphold brand standards, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

Elite compensation includes an annual salary of 75,000–100,000 with appreciation pay of 15 per hour in addition to base salary, monthly bonuses, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Meals provided during shifts and holidays.
