Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a management team to achieve goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to training and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in.
• Support scheduling, training, and development of team members.
