Mitra QSR in Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across three core areas: employees, customers, and restaurant performance. You will lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, safe environment.

You will manage people, serve customers with a smile, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, while understanding and managing the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to drive earnings.
