Job summary

Fresh Dough GA LLC is seeking a hands-on General Manager for our Dahlonega, GA location. You’ll lead restaurant operations, coach the team, and drive customer satisfaction while delivering strong profit and growth.

Starting salary is $52,000 with tips and monthly incentive bonuses based on store profits. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, PTO, paid training, and employee discounts. You’ll be a visible leader in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management or supervision experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends required.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to work with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continually improve all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Regularly review and drive improving product quality.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Recruit, train, and maintain a customer-focused team.
• Follow all applicable laws and promote good local community presence.
• Control costs across food, labor and supplies within budget.
