Job summary

Team Alexander Domino's is seeking a General Manager to lead our Orting, WA restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, control costs, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate has prior Domino's management experience, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and can develop a high-performing team while working hands-on and setting a standard for urgency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Domino's management experience.
• Working knowledge of Domino's operating standards.
• Experience with food ordering and inventory control.
• Experience with labor management and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Knowledge of delivery operations and store opening/closing procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; reliable transportation preferred with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with Domino's standards and food safety.
• Control labor and food costs; manage inventory and ordering.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to drive profitability.
