Marco's Pizza in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will recruit and interview staff, schedule, manage payroll and benefits, oversee inventory, and ensure excellent customer service, quality, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and develop people to deliver outstanding service.
• Recruit, interview and train store employees in company processes.
• Plan leadership team meetings and coordinate scheduling, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform weekly and period inventories, and manage ordering.
• Accountable for store KPIs, action plans and payroll compliance.
• Ensure store security and proper procedures for deposits.

As the General Manager, you will lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant. What you will bring to the role:

• People: Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.

• People: Source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace our values, including a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• People: Training team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• People: Ensure all aspects of human resources are followed including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.
• People: Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Product: Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Product: Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place.
• Product: Complete weekly inventory.
• Product: Complete end of period inventory.
• Management: Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Management: Complete inventory reporting, ensure appropriate inventory par levels are met and ordering system is in place.
• Management: Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business.
• Management: Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals.
• Management: Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Management: Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.

Requirements:

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays
