O'Brien's Irish Pub & Grill is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage day-to-day financials. You will lead front and back-of-house teams, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and implement strategies to grow sales while upholding the brand experience.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and HR knowledge, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays and to close the store four nights per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of financial management and ability to utilize P&L statements.
• Understanding of HR laws and best practices.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must close the store 4 nights a week.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage financial reports and utilize P&L statements to maintain a profitable business.
• Source, hire, and continually develop team members through training and coaching.
• Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices.
• Implement tactics and strategies to grow sales and promote the brand.
• Schedule routine or emergency maintenance as needed.
