Job summary

Flynn Wendy’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a Wendy’s restaurant with responsibility for operations and finances. You will mentor and develop staff, ensure a superior guest experience, and uphold Wendy’s culture of care, championing performance and results.

The role offers a generous compensation package: $44,472–$65,000 per year plus profit sharing, flexible schedules, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Three years experience as a restaurant general manager in quick service with heavy drive-thru.
• Strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members and lead store to success.

Responsibilities

• You will be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members so you and your store are successful.
• You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.
• Instill Wendy's culture into your team and motivate them to exceed customer expectations.
