Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–2 years leadership experience in a relevant setting.
• 1–2 years experience in the food service industry.
• Strong references from prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and inventory management.
• Direct crew scheduling, training and motivation during shifts.
• Manage customer relationships and service quality.
• Hold full accountability for shift operations.
• Coordinate opening, mid-day and closing shifts as scheduled.
• 8am–5pm shift; 12pm–8pm shift; 3pm–12am shift blocks.
