Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy’s franchisee, seeks a General Manager in Magee, MS to lead operations, sales and staff performance. You will drive budget adherence, local marketing, and customer satisfaction by supervising crews, training managers, and maintaining Q.S.C. standards.

You will partner with the District Manager to develop strategies, optimize profits, and ensure smooth store execution across all shifts.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Experience with P&L analysis and budgeting is preferred.
• Wendy's operating systems and procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes local store marketing plan with the DM.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Develops and executes plan to improve sales and profits.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality and service.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and maintains store standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and executes maintenance plans.
• Leads and mentors management team.
