Flippers Pizza Co. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations in our Windermere, FL location. Candidates should have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, including full service or fast food, and a proven ability to train and motivate the team.

This full-time role requires 50 hours per week, with opportunities for growth through training. You will work with assistant managers to cultivate a culture of excellence, oversee hiring, scheduling, and performance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in management positions in a restaurant setting (full service or fast food).
• Must be able to train and lead all team members.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead all team members.
• Work directly with Assistant Managers to build a culture of excellence.
• Hands-on involvement with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, and evaluating performance.
• Focus on product quality and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Set pars for food, beverage, and paper; eliminate waste/pilferage.
