Taco Bell is seeking a strong local leader in Georgia to build and guide a high-performing restaurant team. The role focuses on developing top performers, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards across operations.

• Be the ultimate decision maker for your restaurant and be held to account for all aspects of your restaurants’ performance
• Engage in clear, consistent communications with field leadership and staff
• Demonstrate respect for individual employees and show frequent appreciation for their efforts and contributions
• Build an effective team of employees through training and development; supply meaningful and timely performance feedback
• Ensure the compliance of corporate policies and procedures
