Job summary

Shake Shack in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage budgeting, inventory, and staff scheduling to meet financial targets while upholding Shake Shack standards of hospitality and food safety.

The role requires a proven track record in high-volume restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to train others in Shack operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant GM experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel, planning, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality leadership and ability to motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of financials and 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Job Qualifications

• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Pay Range - $74,984.00 - $96,449.60
