Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant team in Racine, WI. You will drive daily operations, ensure superb customer service, and foster a positive, high-performing work culture. This role emphasizes leadership development and team growth in a fast-paced pizza environment.

You’ll be managing nights and weekends with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, while participating in ongoing training and leveraging our reward programs to motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic math and solid problem solving skills are required.
• Nights and weekends shifts are common; ability to work those hours is needed.

You will need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem solving skills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
