Pay: $59k-$71k/yr with up to 25% Monthly Bonus Potential

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversees all daily store operations, ensuring goals for development, food quality, safety, speed, and labor are consistently achieved.
• Delivers consistent operations, guest satisfaction, and achievement of company standards
• Identifies emerging leaders, creates personalized development plans for their career growth, and offers constructive feedback to support individual and Team development.
• Works closely with District Manager to align on team development, operational goals, and district-level objectives.
• Provides exceptional guest experience with both walk-up and drive-thru orders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 5+ years of management in the restaurant or an equivalent industry, with at least 2 years as a General Manager
• Fast-food, QSR, or drive-thru experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving results through collaborative leadership and a strong commitment to team success
• Strong sense of urgency and excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Previous manager training experience, New Store Opening experience a plus
• Willing to relocate, either permanently or short-term in support of opening new Stores (relocation assistance available)
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
