Job summary

Smashburger seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead Restaurant Managers and teams, and drive outstanding guest experiences at our Las Vegas location. You’ll manage staffing, training, and compliance while shaping future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

You will also monitor labor, inventory and costs, leverage local marketing, and ensure adherence to Smashburger standards. Strong communication and people skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in restaurants.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow Smashburger uniform standards.
• Adhere to all guidelines and regulations set by Smashburger and applicable law.
• Must complete Smashburger training program.

THE ROLE:

This rolesupports the Director of Operations/District Manager by overseeing the dailyoperations and performance of the restaurant location. Responsibilities includeleading and developing Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and team memberswhile fostering a positive work environment and building future leaders. Theposition ensures proper staffing, training, and onboarding, manages employeeperformance and relations, and maintains compliance with company policies, foodsafety, and operational standards. Additionally, the role focuses on deliveringexcellent guest experiences, resolving customer concerns, managing financialperformance such as labor, inventory, and operating costs, and driving salesthrough effective scheduling, community engagement, and local marketinginitiatives.

What ItTakes

• 1-2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience inrestaurants
