Job summary

Royalbk is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Burger King locations in Hinesville, Georgia. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in the Quick Service or Fast Casual sector.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $52,000 to $65,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses, paid time off, and comprehensive insurance benefits. Come join us and make an impact!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 2 years of Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant management experience
• Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L performance
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Current ServSafe Food Safety certificationReliable transportation required
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
