Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for our Applebee’s concept in a community-focused setting in Garden City, Kansas. You will lead daily operations, mentor managers and front-line teams, and drive guest satisfaction with a people-first approach.

The role requires 2–3+ years of GM experience in casual dining and 5+ years in full-service restaurant management, plus demonstrated ability to train staff and handle confidential information. Relocation assistance may be available.
