McDonald's in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will set goals with your leader and build a plan to achieve those goals, while developing a strong team and driving results.

Previous leadership experience in hospitality or related fields is desired; strong teamwork, communication and coaching skills are essential.

Job description

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Restaurant Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant's goals and builds a plan to achieve those goals.

• Responsible for providing leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to our Customers

Wages and Benefits

Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
