Job summary

Shake Shack seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast‑paced, high‑volume store. You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure top hospitality and quality standards across all shifts.

You will drive profitability by meeting budgets and labor goals, enforce health codes, and promote the brand in the local community. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in restaurant GM, strong leadership, and hands‑on mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.

• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations


• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities


• Food handler certification, preferred


• Willingness to work flexible hours
