Chico-Connors McDonald's is seeking a Facilities Manager to partner with restaurant leadership in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. You will oversee maintenance tasks, supervise cleaning schedules, and ensure equipment operates reliably across the front and back of house.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to facilities management within a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to plan and supervise maintenance tasks and cleaning schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment to ensure hygiene and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on restaurant equipment.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Replace filters and gaskets as needed.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and condensers.
• Inspect belts and related components for wear.
• Check bulk CO2 and Coke tanks for safety and operation.
• Manage cleaning supplies and small maintenance parts.
• Oversee building upkeep and general facilities maintenance.
