The role involves cleaning and sanitizing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, calibrating gear, and overseeing supplies and building upkeep to support daily operations.

• Completing preventative maintenance tasks
• Calibrating equipment
• Replacing filters and gaskets
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units
• Cleaning and maintaining condensers
• Replacing belts
• Inspecting bulk CO2 and Coke tanks
• Managing operations and cleaning supplies/building upkeep
