Job summary

Dhanani Group, Inc. in Lafayette, LA seeks a Repair & Maintenance technician to perform daily repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and property across assigned stores. You will conduct inspections and maintain logs while assisting with installations and repairs as needed.

You must hold EPA HVAC/R Type 1 and 2, with 1–3 years of hands-on experience. Irregular hours, on-call duties, and on-site work are required. Pay ranges from $18–$30 hourly.

Qualifications

• EPA HVAC/R Type 1 and 2 certifications required.
• Technical certification preferred; licensing may be required in some locations.
• 1–3 years of related repair/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and property.
• Inspects assigned restaurants and reports condition and status of equipment.
• Maintains maintenance logs, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Keeps inventory records of equipment and parts; reports on demand.
• Assists with capital budget recommendations for equipment and building repairs.
• Works on store openings, events, and closing programs as needed.
