Job summary

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher to maintain clean dishes, trays, utensils and equipment, and to assist with food prep as needed. You will help keep the dish room and dining areas sanitary and organized, supporting a smooth kitchen operation across shifts.

Qualifications

Must maintain sanitary work station.
Presents clean and proper uniform and personal cleanliness at all times.
Exhibits punctuality and dependability.
Knows emergency procedures for the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Wash and store all dishes, trays, utensils, cups and small equipment.
Assist in portioning, peeling and cleaning food as requested.
Maintain dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner.
Clean the dining room including lavatories and common areas.
