Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee departments such as Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management; set goals and delegate tasks to teams.
• Ensure Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas operate efficiently and deliver great service.
