Papa John's Cleveland is hiring delivery drivers to serve hungry customers with fast, friendly service. Earn up to $15-20 per hour including tips and car expense reimbursements; we provide training and a structure you can rely on.

We offer flexible scheduling—work as much or as little as you want. Late afternoon through closing and weekends are especially busy, with opportunities to advance through drive and hard work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Must have access to your own vehicle and valid auto liability insurance.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, and acting with a sense of urgency.
• Prepare ingredients and take orders as part of workstation duties.
• Arrive on time for shifts and work as part of a team, including closing duties and cleaning.
• Uphold uniform and appearance standards to enhance the company image.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, and acting with a sense of urgency.

• Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients and taking orders.

• Arriving on time for your shifts and work as part of a team supporting other workstations and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.

• Enhance the company’s image by complying with uniform and appearance standards.

• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.

Key Ingredients
