Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers in Wisconsin to fill all shifts, from opening to closing. No experience is required as we provide paid training, and you can grow your career with within-year pay raises through additional training and evaluations.

Team players who communicate well and are hard-working will fit best. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and handling fast-paced service while delivering friendly, efficient customer care.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with paid training for every new Restaurant Crewmember.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and performs physical tasks as part of the role.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Provide quick, friendly service and assist team members as needed.
• Keep tables and restaurant areas clean and organized.
• Support opening, closing and shifting needs across all restaurant areas.

Starting hiring pay: $15.00Restaurant Crewmembers at Raising Cane’s will wear many hats (including a Raising Cane’s hat) while working hard and having fun as a critical part of the Restaurant team. We are hiring immediately for Restaurant Crew to work all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between. Whether you have experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive thru cashier or any other restaurant or service-oriented role - we have a position for you.We offer competitive pay and benefits for all positions. Even if you don’t have previous Restaurant experience, this position is entry-level (yes, that's no experience required) and we provide paid training for every new Restaurant Crewmember on the team.
