Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers in Minnesota to join a fast-paced, friendly team. This entry-level role offers paid training and a clear path for growth, with starting pay at $15.00 per hour and potential increases after the first year.

You’ll rotate through shifts, take orders, handle payments, and help keep the dining area clean while maintaining high standards of customer service. We offer weekly pay, benefits for hourly crew, and a collaborative workplace that values teamwork

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Paid training provided for every new Restaurant Crewmember.
• Within the first year you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through training and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
• Work well within a team and maintain quick, friendly service.
