Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Hardee’s Restaurant Crew Members to provide attention, service and hospitality to guests, prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands (lifting up to 60 pounds; standing, walking, grasping, reaching).

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat manner.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked (washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, cleaning restrooms).
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and honest.
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Ensure restaurant is always clean and welcoming for guests.
• Maintain cooperative, harmonious working relationships with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally and in line with Vision and Values.
