Job summary

Taco Bell in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to support daily operations, deliver fast, friendly service, and help the team succeed. You will greet customers, take and ring up orders, and ensure accuracy and a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll also prepare and store food ingredients, maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with orders, provide recommendations, ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: Prepare and assemble items per recipes and standards, portion control and timely service.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, assist with dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with team, communicate orders and issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance and Policies: Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, report maintenance issues.
• Upselling and Promotion: Inform customers about promotions, upsell and promote loyalty programs.
